Friendly and informative receptionist, Charlotte. The room 305 was ready early, organised a fridge for our oat milk. Fully explained what services were available and how to access them. Our room was clean and comfortable to a high standard. A wonderful view over looking the Clifton Tower. Windows are small and keep them closed at night as the laundry lorry comes quite early as well as bin collectors etc. Blackout curtains were great. House keeping everyday to tidy and restock tea and coffee facilities, and a request to reception for more milk when required. There is a fitness room with lots of machines if you are so inclined, for us a lovely walk through to Shambles market for breakfast before the days activities was less strenuous. We had a lovely ala carte meal in their restaurant which had great choices and cooked very well. Although there wasn't a list or prices of cocktails, I was able to get a couple of my favourites. Staff were ALL very attentive and smiling and would happily recommend this Hotel for a very pleasant stay.

We arrived early meaning the room wasn't quite ready, however we were allowed to leave the car on site and head into the centre before returning later to check in. Staff were very friendly when we returned getting us to the room in no time at all. The room itself was fantastic, very spacious, comfy beds and exceeded our expectations. Used the gym whilst there, that was kept very clean and the equipment was very good. Breakfast had lots of variety and was fresh, big fan of the cooked eggs options. Overall a very pleasant stay in a lovely location, would certainly return in the future

Room was lovely albeit small and small window view of Castle Hill but was nice and clean and lovely and relaxing , Breakfast a great choice just lovely really enjoyed that , and nice and roomy restaurant the only thing I would say no hot plates for the breakfast so it went cold very quickly. We travelled by train so a bit of a walk but once there was a good location to the shops

Nicole

Great location, very central to city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. , offered plenty of recommendations for things to do with the kids. Bathroom equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and body lotion. Pump wasn't working on shower gel and staff fixed it straight away. We were very lucky and had great view of the castle.

The hilton was close to the city centre only took 5 mins to get there. The valet parking was good but £30 a night was expensive for the 3 nights. Was pleased to be able to open the window for fresh air.
